Our client’s recent participation at CommunicAsia 2011 saw the Singapore team hustling to deliver a successful presence at Asia’s leading ICT tradeshow, while providing strategy and creative support across inbound and outbound communication materials involved with the event.
Months of brainstorming, design revisions and meeting with vendors resulted in a booth that was both visually engaging and functional. The booth showcased Tata Communication’s Global Media Entertainment solutions, a meeting space, breakout areas and a mini-bar area.
Creative materials devised and distributed, stemmed from the theme: “Expand your Reality in a New World of Communications.” The theme was meant to elaborate on how customers can expand their reality and the success of their business with smart, innovative solutions enabling them to collaborate, grow and compete in today’s marketplace. The application of this theme was carried out throughout all communicational materials (emailers, web banners, email signatures, event folders, and product brochures), booth designs and promotional items (redemption coupons, corporate gifts).
The event lasted four days, and the booth enjoyed vast footfalls with customers, prospects from the Media and Entertainment sectors, top executives, key buyers, and industry professionals sourcing for the latest technology. The communicational materials and feedback forms created aided in gathering 650 leads, opening several discussions regarding potential sales and product presentations.
