STC Singapore was recently involved in helping Tata Communications create an impactful branding presence during the annual Singapore International Polo Tournament of which they were the main sponsors.
From the invitations to the gift bags, the collaterals contained a tweaked Tata Communications ‘polo inspired’ design to keep in theme with the affair. Tata Communications A-boards were placed on the polo pitch, as well as standees in key areas. Customized TCL branded water bottles were also distributed to all guests throughout the two-day event for greater visibility.
The big highlight of both days was the exclusive Tata Communications photo opportunity with a polo pony and player. Many had never attended a polo match before and were excited to stand up close with the ponies. Guests were then presented with their photos placed in Tata Communications branded frames to take home with as a souvenir.
Senior management including MD and CEO Vinod Kumar, were also on hand to greet and mingle with customers, and to cheer on their own Tata Communications polo team. Over all it was an elegant and fun-filled affair with the ladies turning up in their best hats, some even outdoing the showmanship of the polo players!
