According to June Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. report, Hulu is charging almost double the rates FOX gets for the Simpsons online. Fewer ads served during the program means that these shows are still making less money online, but the higher rates are indicative that when audiences move online, advertising will move with them.

Marketers typically pay $20 to $40 per thousand viewers for a prime-time ad. But according to the Sanford C. Bernstein report, “The Simpsons” cost $60 per thousand viewers.

Photosynth

Microsoft’s finally announced their answer to Google Street View and it is GOOD. They’re integrating Photosynth with Virtual Earth. Too bad it seems to require Silverlight.

There is an increasing fine line between what is more compeling between the online experience or the mobile experience as far as interaction, context and contents converge. I am starting to believe that the internet is behind and the relevancy is more and more mobile (the million apps officially downloaded from the iphone around the world is a good indication of that)
